Shia LaBeouf was dragged out of a performance of Cabaret in New York last night and arrested. According to various reports, he was smoking inside the theater and engaging in other disruptive behavior. When he was asked to leave, he refused and then threatened the officers and people on the sidewalk outside. His behavior got even worse when police took him in: At the precinct he got belligerent with officers, telling cops who were about to remove his hand cuffs: "F–k you. I'll f- -k you up," sources said. While being fingerprinted LaBeouf told one cop "I have millions and millions of dollars and attorneys and I'm going to ruin your career." He then used a homophobic epithet at the officer doing the fingerprinting, calling him a "fag." Sources claim he was spitting at police and had to be put into a protective face mask. He was charged with criminal trespass and two counts of disorderly conduct.
