Over the weekend police in Minnesota were called to the Wal-Mart on complaints of this lovely couple bangin' it out in the parking lot. Frank Nei and his wife Shantell were in their van parked in front of Wal-Mart when the mood struck. When police arrived at the scene, they found Shantell in the driver's seat with her pants down showing everybody and their dog the goods. In the passenger seat sat her old man Frank. Cops say he had is pants around his knees and was leaned across the console performing oral sex on his lady. When the officer knocked on the window and yelled at them to stop, he noticed that they both seemed to be pretty out of it, but couldn't smell any alcohol. Shantell was cited for DWI, while Frankie here was charged for indecent exposure, and for violating a 2017 court order barring him from having any contact with Shantell.
