Foo Fighters Launch Second 25th Anniversary Merch Capsule

The Foo Fighters may not have been able to celebrate their 25th anniversary with a van tour like originally planned, but that doesn't mean they're not celebrating. Earlier this month, the band published an online zine called The People of Rock and Roll, where fans can submit their favorite Foo memories, and on Tuesday (October 20), they launched their second merch capsule.

"To celebrate Foo Fighters’ 25th anniversary, we have curated a special collection of items that honor each full length studio album and then some," a description reads on the band's official online shop. "The art used is a combination of new designs, previously archived designs, artwork from album packaging (some that may have never been printed on merchandise before), or a re-imagination of existing art."

"Some of these items have gone through special garment washes which make each piece unique. So be sure to check the item description for details about each product," it continues, before warning fans not to hesitate on their purchase. "A lot of these items will be limited, so once they’re gone, they’re gone."

The second capsule celebrates the Foos' second album The Colour and the Shape and third album There is Nothing Left to Lose. See the Instagram announcement below.

In addition to celebrating their 25th year as a band, the Foos are also currently putting the finishing touches on their 10th studio album, which Grohl says is unlike anything they've ever done before. They also recently performed live for the first time since the pandemic hit, playing an acoustic set for Save Our Stages Fest.
